One there is no air conditioning you have to provide your own and they charge $20.00 a week to have it in your window. There is no carpet in any of the rooms. This is a rooming house and there is one bathroom on each floor for the entire floor to share. This place is infested with mice. I lived there for 9 years until I could afford something better. The staff is friendly and there is 1 cleaning guy that cleans the whole building 6 days a week. No one cleans on Sundays.
