Best part of Fall River!

Love the location of the property! My kids and grandkids are located very close to me, and they love coming over to use the clubhouse amenities.

Rental Rates

I love the budget-friendly community. It’s easily accessible from the highway, and the South Coast Plaza is just a 5-minute drive away!

Home Sweet Home

An amazing place to live extremely clean and organized. The maintenance service is very efficient. The apartments are very careful. There is no noise pollution in this property.

My First Choice

This complex was my first choice when looking for a place to live in the Fall River area. Not only are the grounds well kept but the staff are friendly and always available to assist everyone. I love this place.
