Great Place to Live
I’ve been a Taj resident since Aug of 2024. Great apartment. The property manager is a doll, super receptive. Recently they installed an outdoor fire and grill area which is sublime. The people in the building are super friendly. The location is so convenient. 10/10 would recommend.

Taj Estate
The staff at Taj Estates in Franklin, MA, are phenomenal. They are very knowledgeable and quick to respond to any inquiries or questions. The apartments are modern and spacious, creating a true feeling of home. With recent additions, such as the patio outside Building A, complete with grills and seating around the fire pit, the atmosphere is very peaceful. All of the residents are kind and pleasant. I would highly recommend this property.

Excellent Staff & Location
The new Property Manager, Amanda, is extremely helpful, kind and responsive which is hard to find now in apartment complexes. Maintenance requests are also responded to in the quickest manor I've seen in apartment complexes. The location is unmatched, being able to walk out of your apartment and get coffee, or groceries is next level convenient. They have also started adding more amenities including a gym and patio area. Overall, great experience thus far.

overpriced
pros: convenient location to shops, spacious (but not efficient use of space)
cons: new building but a plethora of electrical issues, plumbing issues. hard to get follow up from property manager even for emergencies.
thin walls-can hear people even down the hallway and both upstairs and downstairs.
overpriced considering no community amenities

We do recommend utilizing the emergency maintenance number provided at move-in order to alert the maintenance team during the weekends or after hours.

In terms of pricing and amenities, we continuously evaluate our offerings to ensure they align with market standards and provide value to our residents. Horrible management and low quality apartment
Only been here a few months and already so many problems. Management is horrible at fixing things; they never respond on a timely manner. Maintenance is nice but don't show up when they say they will. Need to follow up several times before anything is done.
