No Assigned Parking
This is listed as a car-dependent property yet here is also no assigned parking here. I live here, and just found this out. The prior building caretaker had assigned parking soaces , but the new caretaker and property manager will now not honor them.
I came home from shopping the other night in the cold and dark with packages only to find there was no place to park. A massive U-Haul truck was parked i what I thought was my space.
Buyer Beware. If I'd known this, I wouldn't have moved to a... car-dependent location only to find there is no reliable parking here. I have found many delivery services, nurses, therapists, house cleaners, and assorted visitors parked in my spot. This was never a problem with the prior caretaker, but now it will be.
BTW, the parking issue is not noted anywhere.

No Security Here
I live at Foxglove. It was advertised as "secure apartments", but there is no security here.
There are no security cameras at the entrances/exits or in the parking lot. The front doors were found to open from the outside and Individual apartment doors that seem to be locked from the inside have been found to open from the outside. The locks have never been changed here. Many people have keys to this building and the apartments.
