Halstead At Woodview

I’ve been very happy living here and really appreciate the people who make this community a great place to call HOME the leasing team of Paige, Frankie and Kristi are friendly and helpful and willing to listen the maintenance team Sobner is wonderful as well. I’m especially impressed on how quickly things get taken care of whenever I put in a request and that they make small improvements around the property that really are making a difference overall I am very fortunate to Halstead in Hopkinton… my home and to have such a nice place with a beautiful view that’s comfortable and peaceful.

Great place to live

I love it here . Kristilyn is so easy to talk to and was a huge help in making this the number one spot I hoped I could move into. Kristilyn and Paige made my decision less stressful as they were always ready to answer any questions and were on top of everything . The apartment is fantastic. Nice stainless steel appliances, countertops and good size one bedroom. Maintenance here is great , just put in a request and it gets handled. Love the pool being open for the summer. Fitness room being open… at all times is a huge plus. Its set back from any major roads so I dont have to listen to any annoying traffic. Also love having my nice balcony for my morning coffee. Very happy this is where I landed at the end of my search because I really enjoy it here.

Halstead Hopkinton Review-Excellent

Paige, Kristi and Frankie are truly amazing! They made our leasing process smooth and living experience here at Halstead Hopkinton absolutely enjoyable. Their perfect blend of professionalism, politeness and positive personalities is key. I’m always greeted with a smile when I pop into their office. They are always very helpful and ready to assist me. Their response time to emails, calls and any maintenance requests is quick. It makes a huge difference having a management team that cares about… their tenants. The community is well-maintained and communication is always clear. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a great community to live.

clean, safe and quiet

This property is the best rental I’ve had. The maintenance crew keeps everything running and everybody happy. The front office does a good job with tenants. I was happy to live here. Highly recommended

Can't drink the Water

I moved in a year ago and they never told me that the water had PFAS in it. I found out through the free town newspaper. So I had to lug 5 gallon bottles of water up to the second floor. They did not drop off my lease renewal unit 6 days before the 60 day give notice of non renewal timeframe and had gone up $300 on my rent after my first year. They said it was because the market is so high but as I write this they have six units exactly the same as mine available and $200 cheaper than the new… rent price they gave me.
Other than that the community is nice, the amenities are good it is a safe area and the people are friendly.
