After 25 years in Chicago these two Massachusetts natives returned to Cape Cod, and are very happy to be back. A big part of our happiness is living at Everleigh Cape Cod, a Hyannis-based rental complex for people 55-years and older. Everleigh is a short ride to north and south-side beaches, and walking on or viewing them is a near-daily delight.
Everleigh Cape Cod is pleasant, attractive, safe and quiet. The five-year-old building is well-constructed, and everything works well. If needs… arise, the maintenance staff is responsive and the service comes at no charge. Free TV comes with the rent, and the selections are varied. Moreover, the maintenance staff sets up your TV service for you, again at no charge.
The amenities are rich and plentiful: fully-equipped gym and workout area; large outdoor pool; several meeting spaces; fire pit; outdoor grills; pool table; Pickleball court; theater for free movie-watching, with nightly attractions; social events; a professional kitchen adjacent to a comfortable dining area; and more, like the quality artwork that lines the walls of the quiet hallways.
A wide variety of clubs are available to join: bridge, poker, canasta, books, knitting, walking; mahjong, bingo, and a whole lot more. The couples and singles who live at Everleigh are congenial and companionable.
The Everleigh management staff is professional, friendly and most helpful. So, get a move on and come live at Everleigh Cape Cod. It will be a happy move.

Love my apartment. I have met many nice people here at Everleigh. The pool is a real plus (wish it was year round). Management provides the books that are read as part of our monthly book club and also supplies the playing cards that are used for the many card games we play. Thank you for that...it is appreciated.

After 3 years as a resident I wish I could recommend Everleigh as The Place to live because it is a perfectly designed community with everything in a single building as opposed to separate buildings but because of the failure to upgrade interior maintenance and slow responses for apartment problems along with seemingly ongoing dog barking from early morning to late at night I would caution anyone looking to rent here to do their homework first. I wish that I could say I'm getting what I'm… paying for but right now I can't. Going forward I hope I can rewrite this and look forward to a great living experience at Everleigh.
