Everleigh Cape Cod is centrally located on the Cape near to entertainment venues, beaches, shopping, restaurants, hospital and the airport. Picturesque landscape creates an eye-pleasing area for quiet walks with many places to sit a spell or meet with neighbors. It is a delightful place to age gracefully or be active with the many amenities available to residents.

Overpriced, hallways and baseboards need painting and repair. The grounds are bare minimum taken care of. Residents are still allowed to park in the 4 future Resident parking spots, dog issues are never taken care of.

Save yourself the trouble and rent elsewhere.

Interior maintenance is sub-par with no urgency on keeping the hallways and baseboards clean and painted. Too much money spent on the exterior and nothing spent on the interior.

Everleigh Cape Cod is a beautiful and very friendly senior community. The management and staff are truly friends of the residents. Everything you need is close by including some of the best beaches in the world!
