We’re having a good experience. Some minor issues in the beginning that took a bit to get fixed but other than that it’s been great and since then leasing office and Jorge have been excellent with everything we have needed

I’ve really enjoyed living at The Preserve at Cohasset. The community is beautiful, quiet, and well maintained, and the amenities like the pool, gym, and clubhouse are a huge plus. The grounds are scenic and it feels like a peaceful place to come home to.
The staff has been friendly and helpful, and maintenance has been responsive whenever I’ve needed something. The location is also great — close to the commuter rail and local shops, while still feeling tucked away and private.

Definitely not the friendliest place around. Not worth the money they want for the rent. Maintenance is great! Always quick and they are super friendly.

great place to live, the support staff is excellent in everything the do and the amenities are all inclusive and great to have. i would refer the preserve to anyone looking for a new place to live.

Love the view, apartment is so spacious. Really feels like home. Community is great and everyone seems to get along even just a simple hello when walking around the neighborhood is a nice feeling
