I love the spacious apartment I’m in and the amenities are great. I also love that the office staff and maintenance is always willing to help. Most of the neighbors are nice and respectful but some don’t respect other’s space. Dogs should not be allowed to go into neighbors rented space. There are dog owners that are respectful and I always see them walking their dog in spaces where it’s just open space not where people have to step then enter their home. A solution would be allowing them... certain spaces to walk dogs/ create dog parks. Also we need more handicapped parking spots on both ends of the parking spaces. It’s a quiet community we like it that way we are not looking for changes.

We moved here in October of 2021. This has been a wonderful place to call our home and our neighborhood. It's now time for us to move on and move out, but we will miss The Preserve and look back fondly on our time here.

We’re having a good experience. Some minor issues in the beginning that took a bit to get fixed but other than that it’s been great and since then leasing office and Jorge have been excellent with everything we have needed

I’ve really enjoyed living at The Preserve at Cohasset. The community is beautiful, quiet, and well maintained, and the amenities like the pool, gym, and clubhouse are a huge plus. The grounds are scenic and it feels like a peaceful place to come home to.

The staff has been friendly and helpful, and maintenance has been responsive whenever I’ve needed something. The location is also great — close to the commuter rail and local shops, while still feeling tucked away and private.
