Marq at the Pinehills

Pinehills is undoubtedly one of the nicest communities to live in. The leasing staff and management are always working hard to keep residents well cared for and to attend to their needs within reasonable periods of time.

My neigbours are lovely and respectful. I have made many friendships over the last two years, and I am grateful to be able to live here for another year.

I have seen some notable deterioration in the upkeep of the grounds. There is still a lot of salt lying around from last... winter, and many bushes that did not survive are left to disintegrate in some areas. My building has had the air conditioning in the hallways broken for more than 1 year. It makes the top floor very hot, which affects the ability to keep the units cool at a more reasonable cost during extremely hot days.

I found out that we are eligible to use the Stonebridge Club for a minimal cost. All of this in the midst of the magnificent trails and natural surroundings! That is a real bonus! Read More

Overall, it is an excellent community at a fair value. The office and maintenance staff make living here easier and pleasant. Good ppl. It's built like most other apts so you will hear your neighbors at times but it's generally reasonable.

I love everything about this place, except for where I get my mail. I think there is plenty room in the side entrance for mailboxes and packages for building 30. Whoever decided that both buildings would get their mail in one small room was not looking out for the residents
