Safe, clean environment. The apartment is spacious and well designed. I have not encountered any disruptions since my move in date. The hallway painting and flooring updates are a plus.

Great location , facilities and management team @ The Marq. Constant, on-going housing development construction in the area has a negative impact on the living conditions at this location.

The Marq is a lovely apartment complex - being accessible to all the amenities in the building and those available in Pinehills is a big plus - Cosmetically there are a few areas that need attention, but most people here are very friendly and helpful. I am very happy here and would recommend this place to anyone -

Love this place. The maintenance crew are outstanding. The amenities are in great shape, fire pit, pool, lobby area. Looking for to the mew grills, I appreciate the effort to continually update the building.

I have loved living at the Marq. The office staff with Amanda, Gina and Jake are excellent and really care
About the residents.The new maintenance crew is also friendly,efficient and so necessary here.Being 9 years plus living here various things pop up that need replacing Happy to finally see the corridors,walls and rugs being painted and updated. In great need, A step in the right direction if we want to call these Luxury Apartments with all the competition. Next , the mail room is a disaster... . Very frustrating the time needed to find a package. Also the trash situation needs help. Hopefully the new owners will continue to address the needs at the Marq.
