Do not rent here
The property management team here os horrible. They act completely oblivious to what is going on in this building. The gym is horrible and not to talk about the resident lounge. The apartments are over priced and there seems to be alot of legal issues in the building because the swat team was here 2 times in 1 month.

We are sorry to hear you are disappointed in the amenities of the building. This brand new construction has a large fitness room with LifeFitness cardio equipment, multi station weight machine, free weights and stretch area. There is also a… conference room, cozy lounge area and exterior patio with soft seating, grill and dining tables. The building also has a butterfly access system with security cameras. 735 Truman is additionally ideally located.
