This apartment complex is in a great place as it is close to downtown Lowell where I work. It is also very welcoming to dog owners as it allows any size or breed. The apartments themselves are very specious with high ceilings as it used to be mall several decades ago. It is slightly run down as it is an old building, but makes up the differnece with a responsible staff and again the size of the individual apartments. I would recommend for new and young renters.

Hip Loft, Perfect for Dog Owners
The building is well maintained. The apartments are clean, chic, and VERY spacious. Perfect for dog owners. Cons: the kitchen sinks are small (esp. compared to the larger than life closets, ceiling heights, etc.), walls aren't very thick, and the building's clothes driers can't handle huge loads. I would live here for a long time, many have. Parking and pet friendly locations are otherwise very hard to find in Lowell.

Animals allowed ??
What a great apartment, the pictures are true to their view. Great high ceilings, granite countertops, and pet friendly. Tons of animals but very clean and doesn't smell. This place made my move to Massachusetts seamless.
