Management is awful.
We moved out of here for so many reasons. The management office, which is closed half the week and has the curtains down when they are "open" lies about everything. They also lost my personal data and made me submit it again without explaining what happened and there was no apology. They stopped accepting our packages so they sit in a common area and are stolen all the time and when I asked them to check the camera to see who it was they said "not our job". The laundry and trash rooms are... disgusting. This was a nice building at one time. Not anymore. They also accept a tax credit for being an "artist building" but the artists all moved out and were replaced by drug dealers. There have been three police/FBI raids on tenants in a year.
