Ten Florence at Central Place

I have lived here for 9 years (I'm probably the longest tenured tenant) and have enjoyed the building and the management every step of the way. Marc runs a first class property and is very responsive to his tenant's needs. The property is clean and well maintained.

DO NOT hesitate to look at apartments here. The location relative to public transportation, great restaurants and all Malden has to offer cannot be beat.

I've lived in this building for 4 years; you can't beat the location and the price.
pros:
1) the layout of the units is good and it has a nice flow.
2) building is clean and units has solid doors unlike other buildings where units doors are the same as bedrooms doors.
3) elevator works great.
5) I personally haven't had any issues with plumbing in 4 years unlike what I hear from my friends in other buildings. (similar rent range)
6) haven't had noise issues from next door units; I suppose its... either the walls are soundproof or my neighbors are quite.

cons:
1) units on the T side are close to the train noise.
2) parking area is open ( anyone can walk inside), which makes some residents feel nervous if they had to come home late.
