Turn away now
Do not live here!!! Your depression will set in immediately. This place management team is the worst besides the Crack heads, pissy hallways, nosey residents, 24/7 towing, and outdated appliances. In the summer it’s like a club scene, people throwing party until 3 am. Don’t be fooled.

Need to change a few things
Con:
Parking sucks; Campus have about 300 parking spaces with 40 for visitors parking. The tow company is always out to tow.
Don't listen to residents
On-site management is never available, Property manager is unrealistic
Washing machine and dryer is always broken
There's always a drunk man outside
Pro:
Nice apartments
Heat and hot water included in rent
Central air
They clean the building every morning

Mattapan Heights is horrible
Prior to new management the complex was amazing now it's just going down hill. Residents just don't respect the living space at all. Let's just say it's turning into a mini projects.
