For some time, there have been three items in our apartment requiring maintenance. Shortly after, we were notified of a two-day system suspension. To ensure our request would be prioritized once the system resumed, we submitted it on the evening of November 17th, right before the portal shutdown. To our pleasant surprise, we promptly received three notification texts, and the first maintenance visit has now been completed successfully. We are extremely satisfied with the timely service and the... reliable system—your efficiency truly exceeded our expectations!
