Living at Modera Natick has been a generally positive experience for us. We appreciate the day-to-day living here which is comfortable and also functional. The amenities are really nice and well maintained, and really fits our lifestyle.
One of the biggest advantages for us is the location. Being close to Natick mall, other shopping centers, restaurants, major highways route 9 and I90, and the commuter station options makes it easy to manage daily errands and work commutes. The accessibility... adds real value to living here.

The buildings are nicely kept. The grounds are beautiful. There’s too many dog owners that don’t pick up after their dogs. There’re so many poop piles around the community! It is better than last week. I have noisy neighbors above me who just moved in. I’m hoping they will make less noise after they get get fully moved in.
The grills are great to have. The ones between buildings 3&4 don’t always work. More places to sit and enjoy the grassy areas with our pets would be great. I would like to... see more cameras on the property. Other than the suggestions I have mentioned it’s quite pleasant here. It’s a typically quiet place. Sometimes new community members are just not aware yet of what they produce for noise. My apartment is large and very comfortable. I feel safe here.
