The buildings are nicely kept. The grounds are beautiful. There’s too many dog owners that don’t pick up after their dogs. There’re so many poop piles around the community! It is better than last week. I have noisy neighbors above me who just moved in. I’m hoping they will make less noise after they get get fully moved in.
The grills are great to have. The ones between buildings 3&4 don’t always work. More places to sit and enjoy the grassy areas with our pets would be great. I would like to... see more cameras on the property. Other than the suggestions I have mentioned it’s quite pleasant here. It’s a typically quiet place. Sometimes new community members are just not aware yet of what they produce for noise. My apartment is large and very comfortable. I feel safe here.

Modera is safe apartment complex in a great location. Amenities are wonderful and the apartments are clean and spacious. They are very quick to address questions and respond to maintenance requests.
