Drug Den, Trash Dump, and Incompetent Management
Ever since the management changed here, the place went downhill. Some of the residents openly consume marijuana, and the smoke that’s coming into air ducts is completely ignored by the management. Ignored is also the trash left in the trash chute room that residents just leave there - it makes you wanna throw up every time you need to dispose of trash.
Constants noise pollution as early as 5am or past midnight is a normalcy here. The line of resident and guest cars parked outside of the parking... garage doors makes you test your driving skills and be on the edge every time you park your car. The “complementary” coffee machine almost always empty, and makes you wonder what’s the point of having it there altogether.
If all this sounds good to you, then you’ll love this place. As for me, I can’t wait to move out and never look back at this community or any other place managed by the same company.
