Nice apartments and neighborhood, conveniently located next to Walmart and hmart. Always seamless renewing my lease until late last year when the office management was changed. Communication has not been efficient since that change. It's always hard to reach them by phone and emails are not responded to as quickly as they were before the new team.

It's been almost one year and our experience has been mixed. I really like the look of the apartments and the club house area. But the apartment hallways are dark and the walls have a lot of scuff marks so it doesn't look inviting or appealing until you enter the apartments which look nice.

The outside grounds are well maintained.

When normal maintenance needs to take place, it sometimes takes longer to fix; likely due to the fact that this is an older complex and the parts are older and...
likely harder to find. Heat has been a problem in some of the rooms which we learned from the HVAC team that there is a problem with hot air flow to all rooms in the apartment, but I was offered a short term solution to the heating problem.

The maintenance and admin staff are very friendly and for the most part very accessible.

This place has so much potential. Every time I think it may be on the right track something always goes sideways. If no smoking was enforced, people picked up after their dogs and there were some level of security and enforcement of rules and regulations that are written into the lease you could have a legitimate reason to charge this high rent. Complaints and suggestions fall on deaf ears. The only saving grace here is the commitment of the maintenance team.
