I love living here. I love the quiet. I love the buses I take to work. I love that I live so close to the a beautiful river and park. I love that the stop and shop and CVS is right across the street. I also love the nice people who keep our building clean. They are so nice. The mailman is too!

Love living at Madera Newton! The staff are responsive. The buildings are clean during busines Ands hours. My building is quiet. The amenities are great. I also love the the Diversity of people living here.places people living here.

It is a great building to live in. The location is awesome, right on the Charles, the amenities are clean and nice to use, and the staff is kind, helpful, and professional. Been here a year and resigned for longer!
