There is a lot of very loud noise coming from the yard on the 2nd floor. Some of the neighbors are so disrespectful and rude to other residents as to allow their kids yell and scream there for hours. I complained to the manager, no help from her. The parking lot in the back of the building is full of old leaves and trash. I asked if it could be cleaned 2 weeks ago to no avail.

Living here is great! The staff are helpful. Including The Manager, Amanda. Pretty and peaceful, living by the Charles river. Stores are close a plus when you walk everywhere.

My overall experience at Modera Newton has been positive. The property itself is beautiful — the apartments are modern, well-designed, and equipped with quality finishes. The amenities are impressive and well-maintained, and the location is convenient with easy access to nearby shops, trails, and major routes.
The management team is generally professional and responsive. Most of my interactions have been pleasant, and maintenance requests are handled in a reasonable timeframe. There have been... occasional delays in communication or follow-ups, but nothing that overshadows the overall quality of the community.
Like any new property, there have been a few growing pains, but management seems committed to making improvements and addressing resident feedback. Overall, Modera Newton has been a comfortable and enjoyable place to live.

I really believe that it was best thing for me to be here. This property is very quiet. The upkeep is very nice and neat. It’s very little noise. I just like the peaceful calm setting. I have no complaints. Happy to make this place my new home.
