Overall, I’m satisfied with Modera, but we’re having some noise issues. Every time the neighbor above us walks, we can hear their footsteps. I don't think they're walking heavily; it seems like the building structure just doesn't reduce noise very well.

After living at Modera Newton for over a year now, I can confidently say that this is a great place to live. The location is unbeatable being so close to Watertown Square and Storrow/the Pike. All staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, and maintenance issues get fixed promptly. There are many events for residents they put on and are constantly making improvements to amenities etc. Parking for guests is a bit tricky but besides that it's been a fantastic experience living here.
