Perfect Living Situation Between Houses

My husband and two children under 3 needed an apartment to rent while we sold our house, purchased, and renovated a new home. With two little ones we were hesitant to rent a unit in a big complex like this one, but it has been an amazing experience. Our unit was pristine on move-in day. The cleaning crew did a perfect job. The unit is a two bed, two bath, open floor plan with plenty of space for us and all the kids' stuff. There's also an in-unit washer and dryer, which is an absolute must with… the amount of laundry our kids produce. The range is gas, which my husband who does a lot of the cooking loves. The garbage disposal, dishwasher, and fridge work great. The unit has a good number of large windows and an oversized sliding door to a nice little patio. The view of trees out the back is actually quite pleasant and I almost forget we're in a large apartment complex in Norwood. The onsite pool was an absolute hit over the summer with the older toddler. The pool was always super clean and it was never too crowded. There's plenty of parking. The walls must be super sound proof as we are never bothered by noise from other units. Our sleeping baby stays asleep. Whenever we've had maintenance needs, which have always been minor, someone is over to fix the issue right away. I highly recommend Norwood Gardens to anyone apartment hunting in the area.

Bad management team

The management team at Norwood Gardens is not really good. Especially the head, Francine is not friendly and considers talking or listening to tenants problems a pain. Other members are more friendlier to talk with.

It's the best apartment i have ever lived so far.

Friendly Management team! - Thanks to Eddie, Chuck, Mike and Francine. Awesome maintenance.
Excellent Maintenance team! - They always fix issues within 24hrs. Kudos to Al, Steve and one another(forgot his name though).

Very spacious, wonderful community, especially a beautiful function hall for best price, enjoyable monthly and seasonal events.

Well maintained community, always clean and colorful.

It's a nice place to live except that rent is quite expensive ;-);-);-)

Norwood Gardens

My apartment is a two bedroom two bath unit. I have a washer and dryer in the unit. The living room and dining room are more than adequate in size.

The Master Bedroom is quite large and I was able to get my King size bed , Dresser , Chest and a chair in the room. There is plenty of closets and storage in the unit.

All these being equal Chestnut Hill Realty which owns the complex is unbelievably responsive to the tenants. The Buildings and grounds are very well maintained.

I can't think of… anything negative about my experience in this complex.

I absolutely love Norwood gardens. I just moved here from Arizona ave these apartments are the best I could find. Almost all utilities are included in the rent which helps me save so much money. Also they have a full gym, pool, theater room, internet café, rec room and even a tennis court. What more can you ask for from an apt complex. Trust me look no farther this place is definitely for you!!!!!!!!
