Property has gone downhill
As a long time resident i am sad to see how little has been done to maintain the building. Property manager does not ever respond, yearly rent increases are insane. This property should only be your last choice.

weird management
Contacted this property to apply and received prompt responses initially. However after I submitted my application being more than qualified, response time declined. They also never answer their phones as I called multiple times and tried multiple agents extensions with no answer. My one star is because i was initially told I was all set with my income as per their requirements you must make 2.5x the monthly rent. Then it turned into 3x the monthly rent which I still qualified for with their... requirement of “minimal” debt that seemed to drop out of the sky. My income qualified me and the minimal debt was mentioned after I was told I was all set which is unrealistic with school loans, car loans,etc. so all in all management is unprofessional, unrealistic, inconsistent/picky.
