Horrible. They don't care about anything after you sign the contract. They don't fix anything they promise that they would or it happens after months if you complain enough. I seriously cannot find a word to describe how horrible they are at their job. I was paying the maximum rent in the complex, and I had multiple problems that never been fixed. For example, the intercom never worked for my apartment and never been fixed. Not only this, when our neighbor pushed it, mine also rang. During the... rain, it rang randomly and waked me up during night. The service guy, called Bill, who was responsible for maintenance, was horrible and did not care about anything. His attitude was awful in treating tenants and never fixed anything. Although I made complaints several times to his supervisor, he never improved. Another problem was mice problem. They couldn’t get this problem fixed. They sent exterminators and they left “bite station” traps that never worked and I had to use the traditional type of mouse trap to catch them. I caught 6 mice during 6 months, unbelievable. I was there for 6 months and I had to move out because of mice. Thanks to Rose, the property manager, that made it easy for me without any charges to break the lease. I do not recommend it at all. It is absolutely wasting your life and money. Read More
