This is a perfect example of not judging a book by its cover this is like a glorified housing project the smell you have to deal with in this building the roaches the rats the fact that there's 12 apartments in one building that you have to share 1 washer in 1 dryer with is disgusting And another thing the new management team here for the leasing office and for the maintenance crew they all suck all have back customer service that attitudes and they take forever to come out and fix something

Please don't move here

They are a complete ripoff. They keep on increasing the rent every year for existing tenants until they leave and when people leave they send them outrageous amounts of bills. that's why they have so many vacant apartments

Eaves Peabody

The rental property is ok to live but they are money hungry and greedy for money. You will want to take your time to find a better place to live before rushing to live there. Rent increases by the minute and not to mention if you want to leave it's like getting a divorce. VERY expensive all sort of fees to move out, it is beyond explanation. They lie to your face about what they said just to rack up the bucks. Don't expect to get your deposit back if you are leaving they will find a reason to… take it back plus add more fees for you to pay. My advise look else where before calling this you home.

Is a good place to live at,the only problem the neighbors be stomping all day everyday,it all depends what kind of neighbors is on top of you.Other than that is a good place to live.The only thing I love about the place is the area the mall is across the street.

Plush garden around, quiet, all through, no noise from neighbors. Walk to the mall, leave your car at home. Close to the high ways. Personnel at the office very friendly and follow through with all issues. Maintenance staff quick and prompt. Just the perfect location away from the big city. Easy commute to Boston.
