You can hear the toilet flush of the unit above you, every step they take, and every bark of every dog in the building. I have complained of this issue several times but of course there’s nothing they can do about poor building design and bad insulation. In addition, the dishwasher is old and makes a ton of noise and they refuse to replace it.

Great apartment complex
My wife and I just moved in about a week ago and we are very pleased with the apartment itself, the complex and our experiences with the staff here.
The unit was impeccably cleaned prior to us moving in.
The neighbors are quite friendly yet respectful of privacy.
We realized that the central AC was broken on our first day and the staff immediately responded by having an HVAC tech call us. It took a few days to fix but in the meantime a large portable unit was installed in the window so we... wouldn't be uncomfortable in the July heat. We were very impressed with the superb level of service!
The grounds, pool and exercise room are all sparkling clean.
Common areas and hallways are clean and there are no unpleasant odors, even cooking smells are minimal.
The apartment units must be well insulated because we never hear our neighbors on all sides except when they leave the front door of their units. Even the doors and windows make that satisfying suction noise indicating a solid seal.
Trash and recycling are kind of far from where our unit is but the trash compactor is huge and there are quite a few large recycling dumpsters (single stream, no sorting needed), no problems yet with anything being overfilled.
There are great outdoor areas in walking distance, including ball fields and Granite Links golf course.
There are lots of dogs as the complex is pet friendly and there are trash cans at regular intervals with collection bags for excrement. Everyone seems to clean up after their pets which is really nice.
Each unit gets one garage and there are no problems finding a space for our second vehicle even after 5 pm.
Only downside is the ten minute drive to the closest T stop but we moved here so I would be just a 5 minute drive from my work.
~20 minutes to downtown crossing according to Google Maps.
