I've really enjoyed living at The Abby. The building is beautiful, the amenities are super convenient, and the location with the T right there makes getting around so easy. What stands out most is the team. They are friendly, quick to respond, and genuinely care about the residents. It feels like they actually want you to enjoy living here which is not always the case at other places. Overall it has been a great place to call home.

Honestly, living here has been such a great experience. The team here really goes above and beyond to make it feel like home. Joe, the daytime front desk attendant, is always super friendly and helpful—whether it’s grabbing a package or just saying hi on the way out. Elena in leasing is amazing too—she made the whole move-in process so easy and is always around to help with anything.

The events here are also a huge perk! They do an awesome job planning things that actually make you want to... go—like a music concert recently (great performers, good drinks, and snacks!) and they did a surprise donut event earlier this month. Little things like that make such a difference.

Maintenance is also on point. They're super responsive and get things fixed fast, which is honestly rare in apartment living. Always appreciate how quick and professional they've been.

As for noise—yeah, you’ll hear some. It’s an apartment, so it comes with the territory. But it’s never been a dealbreaker for me. The location, the amenities, and the team more than make up for it.

Our first week was great. The amenities have been great and overall very happy. This second week we have noticed a lot more noise from the neighbors. Maybe the insulation is not as great as originally thought
