Great apartments

Nice apartments that are modern, up to date, and clean. The concierge staff are friendly and welcoming. Eva, who gave us our tour, was awesome — she answered all of our questions and was very friendly, polite, and respectful throughout the process.
There are a few minor issues, such as some neighbors not cleaning up after their pets and the coffee machine occasionally going days without being reset, but overall our experience has been great.
The rent is definitely on the pricey side, but if you... can afford it, it’s a great place to live. Highly recommend checking it out!

Excellent Property

Loved our tour of the building and grateful to have such an attentive staff! Our leasing agent Eva was very professional, kind hearted, and knowledgeable. We are excited to move in. Would recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in the area!

Best Value in Boston Area.

I like this 5-Star community. Dog friendly. Gym is awesome with climbing Rock & Rooftop Deck. Close to I-95 & 15min to Boston. Great management team.
