Great living!

Living at 50 Prospect Street is amazing. The staff is great from the concierge to maintenance. They take care of us everyday and it feels like family. Abby, Solomon, Olu, Jamaia , Damon, Julia, Natasha, and Jenn, thank you!

Love the apartment, the space & light are fantastic, the amenities are also amazing, and the staff is wonderful!

For the price, I was hoping to avoid a couple hiccups like appliance issues and unfortunately during the apartment staining, the crew was often loud in the morning/blasting music/smoking/peeing in bottles for several months. Additionally, the ropes keeping the pulleys up would get caught in high wind and bang against our windows like a loud drum. I don't blame the workers for trying... to have fun while trying to get their work done quickly & efficiently, but it was a significant and enduring pain.

Overall the place is great, & hopefully even better when the building finishes up some last touches.

convenient location right next to the commuter rail, front desk staffs are amazing, I personally don't have a pet but it's nice to see some of my neighbor's cute fur babies
