Rats left to decay around dumpsters with no proper covers. The "super" Joe, is unprofessional and inept, he yells the tenants if they complain about poor conditions. If you complain to upper management about him they are clearly loving running the slum. Windows do not lock, bc they are poorly installed. It is never clean and people only live here as a last resort to homelessness. just being honest.

Don’t move to 6. If I could give zero stars I would. We lived above the maintenance room where the maintenance crew hung around all day making so much noise and smoked down there during their “work day”. We complained many times about this over the two years we lived here and nothing changed and the office actually laughed at us when we called to complain asking what did we expect them to do about it. We eventually contacted a lawyer and called the board of health as it wreaked of cigarette and... marijuana smoke everyday when we came home from work and we have a young son. Still didn’t stop them. The complex hallways and entry were never cleaned once by a cleaning company or maintenance. Our very kind neighbor often vacuumed our halls. The back of the building was filled with trash and they rarely mowed. Random people who didn’t live there pulled up to throw their trash in the dumpsters. The parking lot was not maintained in any way filled with potholes and broken down cars. Not every building had laundry so the washer was always over crowded and broken.
