Taunton Meadows

I have lived here for a year now and to say it is awful is an understatement.
There is so many bugs, Cockroachs, spiders, Squirrels and mice whatever bug or animal you name it is most likely there.There is never hot water there, you 90% of the time can never shower!
It smells awful, people are always smoking weed and stinking up the whole place it's terrible. Everything is broken, no electricity 30% of the time. DONT MOVE HERE ITS AWFUL!!

The building has a bug/Roches not worth the money, again any of the buildings around the area is 10 times better don't waste time and money here.

Do not move here cockroache infested they will not do anything to fix the big problem they are to cheap run fast and don’t rent horrible horrible people

I was supposed to move into the new building. I gave a $1000 deposit to hold the apartment in march of 2017. In July I still haven't moved in. I am having some income issues so I decided not to take the apartment. I spoke with Melinda in the office that is very rude and told her I will not be able to take the apartment and that I need my deposit back. I faxed everything she asked for and wrote the letter. I've called Melinda numerous times still no call back or my deposit. I also have called... every number I can find. I SUGGEST TO ANYONE DO NOT GIVE SAVOY, PARAGON PROPERTIES OR CHATEAU ESTATES ANY MONEY THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS AND I WILL BE PUTTING A CIVIL SUIT AGAINST THEM. Read More
