One Star

It's like living in a halfway house. The rules and regulations make it feel very institutional and the warning letters that appear at your door are borderline harassment. The neighbors are extremely nosey and WILL report your business to mgmt. The walls are paper thin so your apt. is basically like being in the next room of a house from your neighbors. Maintenance, they have one good guy but if you don't get him forget about it the other guys will just make things worse if they show or not. All... that aside the apt is clean and comfortable
This is coming from someone who lives very private and keeps to themselves. So if you're that type of person this is really not for you.

Not as good as I thought.

A lot of things fall apart in the apartment and it takes forever for the maintenance to come by your unit.

no elevator

noelevator and the apartment is not ventilated enough. the property manager puts the fear of od in tenants. she acts like she is god and can evict you at any time
