The Nines

As a retired landscape architect, I'm not a big fan of the number of dead plants I see on the property. I don't know what arrangements you have with your landscape contractor, but if they aren't responsible for removing dead plants (they don't have to be immediately replaced; just removed) when it becomes evident they are dead, you don't have the right language in your contract with them. The four stars are for everything else!

Living at the Nines was a great experience! The staff were very friendly and professional. Maintenance concerns were dealt with in a timely and professional manner.

The experience has improved significantly compared to last year. The riverside trails are cleared of snow so quickly that even heavy snowfall doesn't disrupt my walks. Also, the maintenance team is very prompt and efficient!

Haven’t had any issues at The Nines. Great place to live! It’s quiet, clean, organized, and friendly. My wife and I are not from Massachussets, and this has been the perfect location for us. It’s near grocery stores, gyms, restaurants, etc.
