My experience for anyone considering moving in.
After living here for a while, I feel like I should share my experience for anyone considering moving in.
The property itself looks nice on the surface, and that’s what attracts people, but for the price we’re paying, the way management handles basic safety and resident support is absurd. During the recent storm, I slipped and fell on a wet ceramic floor in a common area where there were no warning signs posted at all, even in an area that they know can get slippery in bad weather. That’s basic... safety that should never be overlooked.
When severe weather hits and cars get stuck in the lot, support for residents feels inconsistent and selective. Simple things like making shovels available or having a proactive plan to help residents deal with the conditions aren’t treated as a standard responsibility, but more like a favor.
Overall, management comes across as unprofessional and very poorly organized for a community at this price point. Communication feels selective, follow-through is weak, and there isn’t a strong sense that resident safety and support are a real priority. I’m a low-maintenance resident, and even from my perspective, living here has been more of a burden and more frustrating than it should be.
If you’re considering moving here, I’d strongly recommend that you think twice before signing a lease.
