Hanover Weymouth Apartments

We’ve had so many issues living here. The apartment itself is nice, but we can’t keep windows open because people smoke right outside and the smoke comes in our unit. People don’t clean up after their dogs so there’s poop everywhere, including on sidewalks and in the street. People leave trash in the parking lot. Neighbors are loud throughout the night. We are tired and disappointed given how expensive it is here. We wish we had a different experience.

This community has serious internal issues that management just doesn’t seem interested in fixing.

The building often smells like strong marijuana in common areas, including hallways, at all hours. If you're sensitive to odors or have kids, this alone is a dealbreaker.

Worse than that, the office staff operate in complete disarray. Messages don’t get passed along, important updates are delayed or never communicated, and you’ll find yourself constantly wondering who’s even in charge.

The front... office is quick to act when it benefits them but strangely silent or aggressive when they’re the ones at fault. There's a noticeable lack of accountability and professionalism that leaves tenants feeling like targets instead of valued residents.

It feels like you’re living at a luxury resort. The staff are friendly and attentive.

Been living here for 3 months and it’s the best i’ve ever lived. Great people, great apartment layout, great front desk. love it here.

Building is great and staff is even better. I love the gym and the pool.
