Poorly managed property
Since moving into this property, we’ve had a terrible experience. Initially, we were told our unit was new, but upon arrival, it was filthy. The office informed us that if we wanted a deep clean, we would need to pay and get reimbursed. To make matters worse, the property lacks a courtesy patrol, allowing residents to do whatever they please. Parties continue until 4 am, and cars are vandalized in the garage. Residents park in the future resident parking lot to avoid paying for parking.... Management claims that people don’t follow the rules but fails to enforce them. This place is poorly managed, and I strongly advise against it if you can.

Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m very sorry to hear about the experience you’ve described, and I completely understand how frustrating these concerns must feel. This is certainly not the level of service or comfort... we aim to provide.
Regarding your move-in condition, we sincerely apologize that your apartment did not meet our cleanliness standards. This should never be the case for any new resident, our goal is always to ensure the home is ready before you arrive, and I’m sorry we fell short here.
I also want to address your concerns about community disturbances and parking. We take noise complaints, parking issues, and property concerns very seriously. Our team works continuously to enforce community policies and address reports we receive, and I apologize if this has not been your experience. Your feedback helps us identify areas where communication and enforcement can be improved.
We would really appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly so we can look into these matters in more detail and work toward a resolution. Please feel free to reach out to me at the office or by email at your convenience.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. We’re committed to improving your experience and the overall quality of the community.
