I have resided here since late 2024. They have great amenities. Staff (leasing/maintenance) responds within a 24hr window when maintenance is necessary. Staff and other residents are polite. It's a secure building. I haven't personally have any problems. It's quiet, feels peaceful, public transportation is available and less than a few minutes away from the property which is more than convenient for anyone who uses it.

I have been living here since the end of 2024. Anytime I needed assistance from the management team or maintenance, which isn't often, they've been very helpful and responded with a quick turnaround time, in my experience, within the first 24hrs. It's a nice and quiet location.
