Keep looking
One of the worst places I’ve ever lived. Consistent mouse problem that was never properly addressed, and it’s no wonder: the property is absolutely filthy from top to bottom.

Don't buy here
Take a good look around before buying here. Yes, $325 is the lowest association fees you will find anywhere. Period. But remember, you get what you pay for.
This old, rundown, dirty, smelly, poorly managed dump is not worth investing 3 or $4,000,000.00 dollars. Trust me. Where does all the association fees go? Not into the property, into someone's pocket. Mice, windows that haven't been cleaned since the 60's, roof leaks and throughout the units and stairwells, poor lighting, carpet on the... walls, terrible air conditioning, grumpy old neighbors, trustees and psychos.... people who will steal anything that is not nailed down.... you get all that for just $325 per month!!
Remember, you get what you pay for.
