No longer a happy tenant under new management
Not satisfied at all with the current managment team. Very nice apts with all the modern amenities but if something goes wrong there is no one to fix it in a print or timely manner. I put in a work order to have my kitchen sink abs shower repaired abs no one had even come out to look at it yet. Every time I call or go to the office the property manager just tells me lies abs gives me the run around. I trying to figure out what my next recourse is because I guess my kitchen sink is going to leak... until it falls apart. I also had another issue where I lost all the food in my depo freezer because the company they hired accidentally forgot to turn the breaker back on and I've been waiting 6 mos for then to figure out how to reimburse me again, the rim around. I would not recommend anyone move here at this present moment until they learn how to better serve the people who are paying good money to live here
