I love that the staff really tries to instill a sense of community by all of the events that they offer. I don’t go because it’s awkward for me as a single individual, but I do appreciate the opportunity. I also think the landscaping crew is amazing. The landscaping itself is beautiful. I would like to see the residence. Have a little more respect for the area with trash detail, pet pick up, etc., but that is going to be the case in any community.

Great place to live. Very well kept community. On time repairs when needed. Leasing office communication is great. Accessible to interstate 95 very convenient.Only real complaint in parking.

I find the staff to be the very best--very responsive to tenant needs and requests. the maintenance department is on top of things. And the landscaping crew does an outstanding job--loving the seasonal planters

Every year the rent goes up but the quality goes down. There is never any prior notice about a rent increase and you don't get what you pay for. In addition, they keep getting rid of the people who make it worth staying here. Right now, Tim is the only one left who makes it somewhat worth it to stay.
