It is very welcoming, friendly, clean, comfortable, quiet, peaceful with great amenities. Also, you have so many stores, restaurants and hotels conveniently located around the corner without having to go far as well as entertainment.

I've just moved in but so far the staff has been amazing. Professional and polite. The property is well kept and peaceful. Great parking options and when I moved in my apartment had move in gifts in the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry closet. It's the little touches for me that make a big impact.

The grounds are looking lovely. However I think you have overlooked the fences which are falling down. The new grills and umbrellas are great!
