They switched landlords and the apartment has went completely down hill. I must say the building was already bad but once we got a new landlord, it got worse. We used to have a dumpster. Now we have 5 trash cans to sustain 12 apartment units(which leaves us with an abundance of trash to walk on to get to the trash area) the Maintence here is below average. You put a request in today and they take months to come. The janitor barely cleans. He sweeps trash into corners and leaves for the tenants... to get ourselves and doesn’t clean trash outside of the building. Since they took away our dumpster, the trash pile in the back is almost 6 ft tall! You risk getting bit by a rat stepping out the door and taking the trash out!
