We are private landlords with 2 rooms available for anyone in need of a clean, comfortable place to call home. We are looking for tenants who are responsible, consistent, and respectful of space. We do not require perfect credit or perfect past rental history.
The 2 rooms are in the basement of a 3 level
row home in East Baltimore near Patterson Park. The basement level has 2 bedrooms, shared bath, and washer/dryer. You will be sharing the property with a husband, wife, and 7yr old and they will occupy the top floor. The couple are between 25 and 29 years old, work in Baltimore City and an easy going couple.
The property is a complete and upgraded rehab Baltimore row home. You will have a shared kitchen, shared living area, shared roof top deck, and shared washer dryer. Free street parking, security cameras inside and outside the property (included with rent), electronic front door lock, electronic locks on bedroom door, smart fridge in kitchen, wine refrigerator in kitchen. There is no smoking, no dogs and cats are welcomed. The property has quiet hours from 10pm to 5pm unless discussed amongst the tenants.
Rent per Room - $900/month PLUS water, electric (average $200 per month). The current tenants are willing to split the cost of wifi. Wifi is not included with rent.
We do require an application; however, we will accept tenants regardless of rental history or credit score. Application is $55 + $300 security deposit.
