I have been living at Pangaea for almost a year now and I just wanted to share some of my experiences. Anytime that I encountered a problem with my unit, the property Manager(Ms. Johnson) was always gladly to help with no hesitation. She even gave me her cell phone number to help assist me when she was away from the office. I'm the kind of tenant that notifies management immediately if anything is wrong. I am so glad to have Ms.Johnson as my property manager, as she is very responsive and truly... cares about her tenants. I know that I am not the only tenant that appreciates the way Ms.Johnson goes above and beyond to look out for her residents.
