Don't be fooled by what the leasing office will tell you, the location of the apartment is in a really bad area, talk to the fire/police department like I did before committing to live here. Some of the leasing staff was very rude and dismissive to me over the phone and sometimes hanging up on me abruptly when I had important questions or clarifications that were not being addressed in my emails, definitely dissatisfactory customer service. Except for Shantez the property manager, she was always… very helpful but not always available. The parking is first come, first serve street parking so you may or may not even get a spot in front of your building considering the crime in the area not very ideal or safe if you would be coming home late at night trying to find parking and then walking to your building. I’ve been here since July 1 of this year it’s pretty decent so far I love it it’s nice and quiet the Grounds are beautifully kept It’s very spacious I love my apartment

Don’t rent here!!!! BEWARE!!!! Rude lazy people that work in the office! Maintenance comes in your home when the want and go in the refrigerator and eat and drink your beer!!! The rent cool just know you will be rooming with mice and bugs!!! No a/c the heater they have here is old and makes noise and runs your BEG SKY HIGH. PLUS YOU HAVE TO
PAY FOR YOUR WATER EVERY MONTH. BAD AREA!!! People break in your apartment!!

The location and the monthly rent rates are great but the maintenance staff is useless. They are not properly trained to do their job. The office staff is very lazy and don't want to get anything fixed. I guess you get what you pay for. I have a water leak in my bathroom and it's been leaking for 2 weeks. It's still not fixed.
