Terrible

I applied for a renovated 1 bedroom paid 70 fee for application as well as renters insurance and waited 3.5 weeks with no contact, i called to follow up to check up on progress and was lied about an email being sent to me and had my application canceled without any contact to me until i called to ask what was going on.

Woodington West Apartments

DO NOT MOVE IN ! Sometimes saving money just isn’t worth your peace of mine . These apartments although are being renovated are INFESTED with mice . No matter how much you clean they do not go away . The maintenance staff comes by with sticky pads as if that will solve anything . There are so many unplugged holes it’s frightening. Everything is patched up and patched over because they are rushing to get people in the apartments instead of providing quality living spaces . The main doors of the… apartments do not have locks and I’ve come home several times to young men sitting in the hall smoking weed and spelling drugs and they don’t bother to move ! The parking lot is filled with stray cats and trash/debris ! It’s a nightmare

Woodington west apartments

I move in here last year been having issues since I moved in the leasing office is terrible poor communication the maintenance is lazy and their work is horrible they don’t do the work properly they just cover stuff up to repair instead of doing the work properly i will not be renewing my lease her or rent from them every again I’m still uphappy with my apartment if they had to live In the apartment they will understand but they don’t all they worry about it you paying them the rent

Terrible

These apartments are mice infested on account that the apartments are located next to a small wooded area. The complex doors don’t have lock on them and if they do, people break them when they don’t have a key to get in. The office never picks up the phone to answer your call. The pictures that they show on here is of the new apartments They rebuilt and upgraded because they burned down in 2017. That’s one complex. The other 7 complexes are old and ugly. Take my word for it. I’m still currently… living here. :(
