Roaches in Kitchen

Roaches are all over my kitchen. My neighbors also have roaches so the whole row needs fumigation but management refuses to do anything but spray.

Terrible townhouse

Let this be a warning to you. STAY AWAY !! Management isn't good, there's a terrible mice infestation and nothing EVER GETS FIXED PROPERLY!!!!

DONT DO IT

I wouldn’t recommend anyone live here. Ever. I’ve had issues from day one. Mice, roaches, bats in the walls. Poor air circulation. I cannot wait to move from this place and never look back. They are literally renovating each apartment with cheap materials, covering up things that need to be fixed or replaced and raising the rent extremely high! This place is not worth your comfortable eta or sanity.

Why Not

I am typically not a review writing type person but I feel this guy earned a little of my time to honor him publicly. So I am in the market looking for a new place to call home. I googled this place then decided to take a drive out to look at the area. While there I decided to go in to the office, everyone acted liked they didn't see me. Not even one acknowledgement. This one guy with an infectious smile noticed and acknowledged me. He was nice and pleasant and quite knowledgeable about the… complex, units, and the area. I went to several this day but this guy was the best and made me feel welcomed and I am not even a tenant. Way to Go Keith! Wish I had I business, I would offer you C.S Manager..

Spacious unit with lots of closet space!!!!

The unit is very spacious and the rooms are great size. I were able to get my King size furniture into my unit and still have more space. There’s a lot of closet and storage room as well. Mrs. Lisa has been working really hard to change somethings around. She’s great when it comes to getting maintenance done in the unit as well. I explained everything that was going on and she had everything completed ASAP! Great place to live and the rent is super reasonable for the amount of space you get!
