Renters BEWARE!!
When I initially came to check out Hamilton Park a few of the residents said it was a quiet place to live and that I would like it here. I've now been a resident here at Hamilton Park for almost a month and I'm extremely miserable. I live in a second floor apartment and the tenants above me are excessively noisy ALL THE TIME!!! They allow there children to run through out the apartment not only during the late afternoons but well into the early morning hours. Most nights until 3am. I haven't… gotten much sleep or been able to enjoy my apartment because of this. I'm embarrassed to even invite people over. It's gotten so bad that I've had to buy ear plugs to help drown out the noise. I've complained to management and they've claimed they've tried to reach to to these tenants with no luck. I asked if I could transfer to another unit but they said nothing was available until February and I would have to agree to another 12 month lease. At this point I'm physically and mentally exhausted. If you're considering this place make sure to come visit the unit you will be living in and make sure this won't be a problem for you.
