Do not live here.
Dog poop everywhere. Kids are rude and unsupervised. Maintenance closes work orders without doing them. No dishwasher. No kitchen space. Loud A/C unit. Plugs don't work in the kitchen. They'll nickel and dime you when you leave.

Essex Park
This is a drug infested complex where the police are called on a regular basis. There is a corner of the complex next to liquor store that is a common hot spot. Do not come here looking for a safe place to live.

Well first I would like to say that coming from the last apartment this was a major upgrade there is space and new cabinets and a dishwasher with a spacious bathroom and the maintenance is so on point I love it here honestly
