Poor property management

It’s been months may be over a year or more. I’ve been asking to have the bathroom redone. Nothing being told someone is gonna come out when no one comes out. I don’t even have access to my shower because of the terrible, mold smell. I spent everything to them still nothing. And no, I don’t even rate it one star there was no other option. I give it zero.
