    DONT LIVE HERE

    Living at Nine East has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had.
    The building maintenance is absolutely terrible: during the winter, the heating was so weak that I was freezing inside my own apartment. The hot water was completely unreliable — it would randomly switch between scalding and freezing.

    The elevators were constantly broken, and after eight months, they still hadn't been properly fixed. Same with the AC — it was out for eight months as well, with management repeatedly using    … the excuse that they were "waiting on parts."

    The internet was also extremely unreliable, often cutting out on weekends. Even after they claimed it was fixed, the problems kept happening.

    Overall, the maintenance and management here are completely unacceptable, and it seriously affected my quality of life. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a stable, livable apartment.
