The Maintenance is good and so are the people in the rental office

If you care anything about your family or sanity do not even step foot on this property! The only thing management cares about is the bottom line. The properties are cheaply made and constantly have maintenance issues. Do they handle maintenance requests in a timely manner? Doubtful. And if they do fix anything after numerous calls and emails you’ll be charged for their negligence! Do you like animals? Great! The buildings are infested with mice. I went to look at these apartments, because a friend recommended me, number one, most apartments, have flowers planted during this time of year, theirs were dead, walked into the rental office door was opened by a big dirty rug, and the ring bell is broken, mail boxes has letters written on the mail box with markers, and the carpet is filthy, I came several times to the rent office on my lunch break office was closed, finally when I meet who runs the office, not professional at all, my... girlfriend and her boyfriend lives in the first building, and yes her apartment is large, but she always complains about maintenance, and about sometimes needing to buy repellant for mice, so she got a cat, I don't want to hurt her feelings, but this place is a dump, you can not get the feeling of welcome home here. I have lived here almost a year and really like my apartment. The manager here (Candace) really takes care any issues I have. The apartment is really large and the community is quiet. I haven't had any major issues but maintenance has always responded right away when I call. I really like when they have contests or gatherings for the residents so that I can meet my neighbors. I would recommend this apartment complex.
