Queen Anne Belvedere

I just recently moved to the area and am loving the Queen Anne belvedere! Couldn't give it a full 5 stars because of minor things that needed to be fixed shortly after move in but the staff here are extremely helpful and handled the issue ASAP. While Charles St. can be a little busy at times,the building itself is quiet and so far my neighbors all seem friendly. All in all, nothing but good things to say!

My husband and I have lived in our apartment for one year and we absolutely love it! The staff is very friendly and helpful and in the rare occasion that we have had an issue, it has been addressed and fixed right away. There are a lot of high-quality details throughout the apartment, from the drawer knobs to the closet doors to the sink hardware. The closet space is unbelievable, and that's coming from someone with a ton of clothes and other things to store! The location of our apartment... building is wonderful - we can walk almost anywhere we need to go, there are countless restaurants in the area, we are right by a train station where university shuttles pick up and drop off, and there are multiple places to get groceries within walking distance. There is a pretty and quiet private courtyard behind the building, we have 24/7 access to the laundry facilities, there are parcel lockers where incoming packages are kept until we pick them up, and we have a brand new gym with great equipment. Queen Anne Belvedere (QAB) is located downtown near UB a perfect housing location for UB students. Moreover, it is just two blocks away from Penn station, 4 short blocks away from the Light rail train,, the Lyric (great shows/concert there by the way) and walking distance to Charles street theater, supermarkets, Mount Vernon, and tons of popular eateries (Pot Belly, Chipotle, Subway, Turps Grille, Dunkin Donuts, the twelve 24 Grille, several coffee shops with WIFI...blah blah blah, just to... name a few ideal places to chill and chat). The building is manage by Cove PM. They respond to maintenance call within 24 hours or sooner if it is an emergency. I guess that is considered above average amongst property management companies. Property is well maintained. Neighbors not too noisy. QAB offers the essential amenities which are a gym, laundry room, and a gated garden (perfect for outside reading or meditation), and secured lockers for parcels.

The street stays busy during business hours especially during rush hours but is quiet at night (not a lot of noise though plenty of foot traffic).

All in all, QAB is not a bad place to stay while working on your EDU degree or while saving for a house.
