Great sense of community

I enjoy being a resident here. Cache and Lajuane are always willing to help and answer all questions. I love that they're always putting together resident events. Looking forward to making it to some events in the future

I love it here !

I’ve been living here for almost 6 months now and the maintenance staff is always on top of all maintenance tickets which is great. None of my issues get ignored.

Staff is friendly and the neighborhood is quiet for the most part.

PROFESSIONALISM, GREAT SERVICE, CARE, AND QUICK RESPONSE TIME

Living at Sequoia Manor over the past few months has been amazing! My apartment is very spacious. The management team is incredible from the tour to the move-in they really made what seems like an overwhelming process easy. I couldn’t have asked for a better living experience. The staff at Sequoia Manor are always so welcoming, and they stay on top of all maintenance concerns. The maintenance turn around time is quick without delay. I couldn't have asked for a better place to live.

Feels like home

I've been here for three months now and with this being my first apartment the experience has been wonderful. The maintenance team is very prompt when it comes to addressing issues and the staff is always friendly when it comes to addressing concerns.
