They will tow your car from the lot and make u pay 350$ to get it back. Elevator has been broken since October it’s now almost January and when asking management they give attitude. Management especially the blond lady working at the office is BITTER and rude. Package room gets locked apart from 9-5 so goodluck getting packages any other time. It smells like dog pee. We had a very bad experience after ending a one-year lease. After having paid insanely high utility bills for a year, they withheld more than half of our security deposit, which they claimed was for hundreds ot dollars of extra water bills that they claimed was from more than half a year ago (even though we had been paying water bills monthly). I rented a studio several years ago. I started getting sick all the time. Turns out there was mold in my air unit. There was also mold in the gym, lobby and storage areas on the bottom floor. I sued.

I moved in about 4 months ago, and this is the absolute WORST place I’ve ever lived in my adult life! I initially chose this place due to the large square footage of the 2 bedroom. Biggest mistake I could’ve made. Let’s begin with the mice infestation. I have found two mice in my home over the past week. I called the office and they told me not only did they not have any traps they could provide, but that pest control only comes on Tuesdays. That meant I would have to wait a week before they... addressed the issue. Then there’s the shared heat/air. The unit breaks down every other week, often leaving us with hot apartments for days at a time. Yet and still, my portion of the shared electricity bill is always at the maximum amount they can charge me. Then, there’s the constant smell of marijuana coming through my bathroom vents all day and night. The supposed remodeling of the interior has all but stalled out, and they only have 2 maintenance workers(one of which is lazy as can be) for all 200+ units.
